You maybe well within your rights to demand a replacement or a refund for your purchase. I would suggest writing to the Company and giving them a notice of 30 days to clear the defect/default by way of a replacement or refund plus any compensation for the deficiency of service you have faced. Upon their failure to respond you may file a complain with the Consumer Forum. However, I would suggest that you read the terms and conditions of the Sale-Purchase Agreement before initiating any action to understand the best course of action for yourself.
