My flat is in joint name. The first owner has expired and his will is pending for probate. Society has initiated action for Conveyance Deed for transferring ownership of plot from builder's name to society's name. Society is making the conveyance of my flat in the name of past owner, since first owner has expired and his will is pending for probate. Kindly inform whether society's action is in order and what are the cost and consequences of such an action on me.
Presuming this is in Mumbai just check the facts again, the conveyance will happen to the soceity, just check again in mumbai there will be an undivided land rights to the individual falt owner, which is double conveyance of the same land. ?????
